Shipping Information

We ship from Sydney using trusted delivery carriers, including Australia Post.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

Certain bulky or heavy items may require additional delivery time or extra shipping charges. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before dispatch.

Handling Time

Most standard shipping orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Most express shipping orders placed before 02:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, are usually shipped the same business day (excluding public holidays).

Orders are processed during business days only and not on weekends or public holidays.

Please allow extra processing time during busy sales periods including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Boxing Day, and public holidays.

Standard Shipping

Standard delivery orders are typically delivered within 2 - 7 business days to most Australian locations.

Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping may be available at checkout for customers who would like to receive their order sooner. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email from Shop.

We will notify you when:

  • your order is received,
  • your order is dispatched,
  • tracking information becomes available.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

In-Store Pickup

Ruby Store does not currently offer pickup for online orders.
